Petition for rehearing granted. On writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Judgment of this Court entered November 2, 1976, vacated. Judgment vacated and case remanded to the Court of Appeals for further consideration in light of TWA v. Hardison, 432 U.S. 63, 97 S.Ct. 2264, 53 L.Ed.2d 113 (1977).
